To place an order look through our 'store', any plants you may wish to purchase just place them in your 'shopping cart' - when you have completed your purchase, click on to checkout where your order will be displayed. You then fill in the delivery address together with your visa , master card, Switch, Solo or Maestro details on this SECURE SITE. Be assured no information will be disclosed to a third party.

For delivery charges to mainland U.K - an inclusive charge of £6.95 will be charged. For E.E.C. countries and beyond, please FAX / EMAIL or 'phone for an individual price.

Some plants are not readily available at all times of year,and would suggest contacting us for up to date information, as we also sell through our catalogue.

THE MAJORITY OF OUR PLANTS ARE DESPATCHED READY POTTED IN COMPOST. ALL TALLER SARRACENIA SPECIES AND HYBRIDS WILL BE SENT ROOT WRAPPED IN THE GROWING SEASON RATHER THAN POTTED TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE PLANT.

PLEASE ADVISE IF DESPATCH DATE NEEDS TO BE URGED/DELAYED DUE TO HOLIDAY ETC.

ALL ORDERS ARE DESPATCHED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY OVERNIGHT COURIER TO AVOID STRESS TO THE PLANTS & NORMALLY THIS WILL BE WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER. DURING THE SHOW SEASON WE WOULD ASK YOU TO ANTICIPATE A FEW DAYS EXTRA.
IF NOT COMPLETEY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE RETURN PLANTS WITHIN 3 DAYS AND HARDWARE,COMPOST WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT PLANT,

Refunds policy

We have a 3 day return policy for plants and 14 day 'no quibble' satisfaction guarantee for hardware, so if you do not wish to keep any item for any reason please return it to our Hampshire address within that period.  In line with most online retailers, we will issue a full refund for the goods returned, less any shipping charge you may have paid, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging.

Dispatch

Most UK orders are sent out by Next day courier, we advise by email the day before expected date of arrival. We need to be informed if you do not anticipate being available to sign for your order. If you wish to have plants left in a safe place or with a neighbour please indicate when ordering as we are unable to accept responsibility for their loss.

Plant orders outside of mainland UK
Once plants leave the UK we can not be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit as it is completely out of our control.

All orders will be dispatched within fourteen days of receipt of order but usually within three to four days.
