We take pride in providing exceptional plants, expert service, and reliable delivery across the UK. Placing an Order Browse our online store and add any plants or products to your shopping cart. When ready, proceed to checkout to confirm your order, enter your delivery details, and complete secure payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.All payments are processed securely through clear accept encrypted checkout system, and we never share your personal information with third parties. Plant Availability Our plants are grown on-site at our 14,000 sq ft Hampshire nursery. Availability may vary throughout the year depending on season and demand. If you’re looking for a particular species or hybrid, please contact us for current stock information. Dispatch & Delivery We dispatch orders promptly, usually within 3–5 working days of receiving your order. During peak times, such as flower show season, please allow a few additional days for dispatch. All plants are shipped via DPD or APC Couriers using tracked, next-day delivery. We only ship Monday to Thursday to ensure your plants aren’t held in transit over weekends. Plant Packaging

We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, or Guernsey.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery.
If you prefer your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, please specify when ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items left without a signature at your request.
If your order does not arrive on the expected date, please contact DPD Local directly via www.dpdlocal.co.uk with your tracking number.
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy for plants and a 14-day ‘no quibble’ satisfaction guarantee for hardware and accessories.
If you wish to return any item, please do so within the relevant period to the address below.
Refunds are issued for goods returned in original, undamaged condition, excluding delivery charges.

We currently ship within the UK mainland and Scottish Highlands & Islands only.
