SR06 Sarracenia rubra ssp.wherryi wavy lid Escambia Co, N.Fl

The pitchers of this S.rubra ssp. grow to around 30cm tall and are bright green through to olive green in colour, plants are clump forming, small dark red flowers appear in early Spring just before the pitchers. These plants look similar to Alabamensis but not as yellow in colour or as big Ideal in an unheated greenhouse in a bright sunny position.
