Refunds and Returns policy

We have a 3 day return policy for plants and 14 day 'no quibble' satisfaction guarantee for hardware, so if you do not wish to keep any item for any reason please return it to our Hampshire address below  within that period.  In line with most online retailers, we will issue a full refund for the goods returned, less any shipping charge you may have paid, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging.
