At Hampshire Carnivorous Plants Ltd, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We take great care to grow, pack, and deliver our plants and products in perfect condition. However, if you’re not satisfied, our simple returns policy ensures a quick and fair resolution.
Plant Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy for all live plants.
If you wish to return a plant for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Due to the delicate nature of live plants, returns must be made promptly to ensure they remain healthy.
Refunds will be processed once the plant has been safely returned and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and plants must arrive in good condition.
Hardware & Accessories
We also offer a 14-day ‘no quibble’ satisfaction guarantee on all non-living items such as pots, composts, labels, and growing accessories.
If you change your mind or no longer wish to keep any hardware item, simply return it within 14 days in its original, undamaged packaging for a full refund (less postage).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the goods (excluding any delivery charges) within 5–7 working days using your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@hantsflytrap.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
