In Stock
  • DESCRIPTION

This unusual form of D.binata can produce up to 30 leaf points! And is as easy to grow as any of the other fork leaved sundews, best grown in our COM 1 and kept in a very bright sunny position an unheated greenhouse on conservatory would be ideal. These plants look fantastic when grown in a hanging basket, just remember to keep the compost wet through the growing Season March to October.

DS006 Drosera binata var. multifida Sundew

Great healthy specimen arrived, Nice size and colouration, plenty sticky. well recommended along with seller.

This is a very delicate and pretty plant.

I can't fault the packaging either, every effort has been made to ensure that the long feathery leaves were protected from harm in transit. It arrived a little droopy, but that is only to be expected and it is already perking up after just a couple of hours in its new home. (It also came with a good-sized fly that it is gripping onto, so I'm sure it's going to be a good trapper!)

    I highly recommend this shop.

Quick delivery, but came squashed and not labelled a lot of dead growth. Month later looking much better now, trimmed away old growth now lots of new sprouts shooting up. Can’t wait till it gets bigger.

Being a spidery delicate type the plant arrived in a tangle of slime that needed a bit of teasing once unpackaged. However, after four days the plant found itself and re-dewed. Plenty of new watchspring - like are already unfurling.

    One of my favourite sundews.

This plant is a fantastic fly catcher. I kept it on an East facing windowsill all summer. When the sun shines it is quite beautiful, at least until it is covered in flies and other flying insects. It lives in my workshop, where I can see it whenever I am working there. It is a fascinating plant and deserves a spot in any household where carnivorous plants are appreciated.
