- APC Couriers – secure shipping with careful handling and prompt delivery
Shipping & Handling
- All plants are carefully packaged to protect them during transit
- We ship Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays and ensure fresh delivery
- Orders received before 12 PM are typically dispatched the same day
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched

Q: Which couriers do you use for deliveries?

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day and delivered next day via DPD or APC. We ship Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays. During busy times orders can take longer up to a week to process
Q: Can I choose which courier delivers my plants?
A: We select the courier based on your location and the best available service to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the UK mainland
Q: How are plants packaged for delivery?
A: Plants are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive healthy and undamaged.
Q: What if my plants arrive damaged?
A: Please contact us immediately if your plants arrive damaged. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email for real-time updates.
DPD is the most innovative parcel carrier around. Thanks to their industry-leading Predict service, they provide parcel recipients with a one-hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don't have to wait in all day.
What's more, our revolutionary Follow My Parcel service enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15-minute timeslot.
To give our SMS and email notifications that personal touch, our branding is included and we even tell you the name of your Interlink Express driver, as well as the position you occupy in their delivery queue.
As well as keeping customers informed at every stage of the journey, Interlink believes in maximising choice and convenience. That's why they provide access to a suite of rescheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you the customer to take delivery of your goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:
Select an alternative delivery date
Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect the parcel from your local Interlink Express depot
For delivery charges to mainland U.K - an inclusive charge of £7.50 will be made. All mainland UK orders over £75 will be sent by post for free. This excludes islands and Scottish highlands, For EU countries and beyond, Prices are listed in zones for orders up to 25kg,
