BE3996 N. robcantleyi x ovata – selected clone

The female parent is the superb cultivar of N. robcantleyi called Nepenthes ‘Queen of Hearts’, which has been exhibited world-wide many times. The male parent is a seed-grown N. ovata. We then isolated our clone #11 for this item, chosen from amongst many for its vigor as well as rich colouration. As pitchers mature, their peristomes darkens to deep purple and roll back.
History: First introduced in Nov 2019 

Origin: Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics from specimen parent plants.
