BE3883 N.spatulata x N.jacquelineae

This is a superb cross, with a wonderful flanged peristome which remains extended and doesn’t roll back!

The female parent is our best selected clone of N. spathulata with wide purple peristome and green pitcher body, sold under BE-3175. The male parent is our best clone of N. jacquelineae, selected from amongst those sold under BE-3093. This is truly an outstanding hybrid, as it showcases the best features of both parent species. A single selected clone from the same grex is sometimes also available under BE-3894.

History: First introduced on our old PDF pricelist in May 2013, this is an extremely popular item and is often out of stock.

Origin: Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics from specimen parent plants.
