BE3422 N. spathulata x gymnamphora – best selected clone

This is a magnificent cross which produces a mass of robust dark maroon pitchers. The first photo in the series shows a large plant in a 20cm (10in) pot. 

The female parent is Nepenthes spathulata, with our Collection ID# 0440 and is of the same superlative clone as those sold under BE-3174. The male parent is a selected red clone of Nepenthes gymnamphora, with our collection ID# 0478.

History: First introduced in Oct 2011.

Origin: Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics from specimen parent plants.
