BE3322 N.Spectabilis – Perkinson Giant

Bred from our own selected clones of the exceptionally spectacular giant form of the species from Gng. Perkinson, all plants we have raised from this large selection of clones have been remarkable. 
Nepenthes spectabilis, as the name would suggest, is a visually striking plant. Nepenthes spectabilis produce pitchers with vividly contrasting dark and light splotches, and beautifully striped peristomes. This form is from Mt. Sibuatan produces large cylindrical pitchers, and is extremely rewarding to grow.

History: First introduced in 2009 as seed-grown plants under BE-3321 and later offered as assorted clones out of microprop in March 2019.

Climate: Highland. We grow it between about 26 deg. C (80 deg. F) in the daytime, down to 12 deg. C (54 deg. F) at night, although it may tolerate temperatures outside this range.
Plant  will be sent out ready potted.
