To place an order look through our 'store', any plants you may wish to purchase just place them in your 'shopping cart' - when you have completed your purchase, click on to checkout where your order will be displayed. You then fill in the delivery address together with your visa , master card,Switch,Solo or Maestro details on this SECURE SITE. Be assured no information will be disclosed to a third party.
For delivery charges to mainland U.K - an inclusive charge of £5.25 will be charged. If books(s) only are ordered this amount will be deducted from your commitment. For E.E.C. countries and beyond, please FAX / EMAIL or 'phone for an individual price.
ISome plants are not readily available at all times of year,and would suggest contacting us for up to date information, as we also sell through our cataloge.
. WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS THE MAJORITY OF OUR PLANTS ARE DESPATCHED READY POTTED IN COMPOST .SOME OF OUR TALLER SARRACENIA MAY NEED TO BE CUT BACK AS THEY ARE TOO LARGE FOR DESPATCH.
. PLEASE ADVISE IF DESPATCH DATE NEEDS TO BE URGED/DELAYED DUE TO HOLIDAY ETC.
. ALL ORDERS ARE DESPATCHED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY OVERNIGHT COURIER TO AVOID STRESS TO THE PLANTS & NORMALLY THIS WILL BE WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER. DURING THE SHOW SEASON WE WOULD ASK YOU TO ANTICIPATE A FEW DAYS EXTRA.
IF NOT COMPLETEY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE RETURN WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR A REPLACEMENT PLANT,Credit Card Security
Refunds policy
We have a 7 day 'no quibble' satisfaction guarantee, so if you do not wish to keep any item for any reason please return it to our Hampshire address within that period. We can arrange for the item/s to be collected by a courier if required, and the cost of the collection can be deducted from your refund. In line with most online retailers, we will issue a full refund for the goods returned, less any shipping charge you may have paid, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging.

Orders placed after 9.00am on Tuesday 9th February 2010 will be sent out to customers the week commencing Monday 1st March thankyou.
