SA011 S.alata Heavy veined / purple tube, Stone Co, Mississippi, med

 Pitchers of this plant grow to around 60 - 70cm fairly pubescent and are olive green with very heavy dark red to purple veining on the inside and outside of the pitcher .When grown in a bright sunny position the pitchers can be almost solid purple in colour.  Very pale yellow ,large flowers appear just before the pitchers in early Spring. Plants can be repotted in early Spring with our COM1 compost.Three to four year old plants.
