This Highland Nepenthes can be found across the Southern highlands of Sumatra and produces large green to orange pitchers to around 30cm, the ribbed peristome can be wide and flared and usually a dark purple in colour similar to Nepenthes truncata , a fairly easy and rewarding plant to grow , Ideal for a heated greenhouse kept at a min temp of around 10c .
